We’re looking for a Senior Carpenter who is skilled, reliable, and ready to lead. If you want to work on quality projects with a solid team and have the freedom to take a job from start to finish without micromanagement, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do

✔ Lead projects from start to finish—managing job sites and ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.
✔ Frame, trim, install cabinetry, flooring, stairs, and decks—high attention to detail required.
✔ Communicate with the office and field team—keeping jobs on track and problem-solving on-site.
✔ Mentor crew members and ensure work is done safely and efficiently.
✔ Solve problems on the fly—thinking ahead and troubleshooting any issues.

✅ 10+ years of carpentry experience in interior remodels or decks.

✅ Experience leading crews—must be comfortable running a job site.
