Co-Founder & CEO
Michael has spent his career at the intersection of workforce health and industrial labor, building relationships with Fortune 500 employers, labor unions, and public sector agencies. His work in occupational medicine put him on job sites and in plants across construction, energy, and manufacturing, where he saw the same problem over and over: the people who keep America running are the hardest people to hire. Along the way he worked inside early stage companies and learned what it takes to build something from nothing. Eventually the pull became too strong to ignore. He partnered with Jake and Nico to build the hiring platform he wished the industry already had, one where skilled workers are verified, employers move fast, and nobody wastes a week on a no show. A Houston native, Michael leads go2work's vision, partnerships, and growth.

Jake has built and led sales teams for most of his career, and he has a simple philosophy behind it: people buy from people they trust. As a sales manager he was known for developing reps into leaders and for putting the team ahead of the number, which is exactly how he approaches customers at go2work. He leads revenue, partnerships, and customer strategy, and he spends more time in the field with contractors than he does behind a desk. That habit is why the platform keeps getting sharper. Every great idea at go2work starts with a conversation on the job site.

Co-Founder & CTO
Nico leads engineering and product at go2work. He built his career in highly regulated industrial environments, where accuracy is not a preference and getting the details wrong has real consequences. He brings that same standard to the platform, overseeing everything from the matching engine and messaging to the verification systems that make hiring on go2work faster and safer than the old way. Nico is focused on one thing: making the technology invisible so that a foreman who needs three welders by Monday can find them, vet them, and hire them without ever thinking about the software.

Product Manager
Arushi trained as an engineer and worked as a designer before moving into product, and she never fully left either behind. She joined go2work as its first product hire, took the platform from early designs to launch, and has owned it since. Building for the trades taught her the thing that shaped it most: construction workers do not have resumes, because the work is physical and lives on job sites, not in documents. So profiles became portfolios of real projects, and signup started asking for less, not more. She runs the week with the engineers and QA who build it, and still ships parts of the product herself, working alongside AI. Working from India, Arushi leads go2work's product, design, and delivery.

Sachit is part of the go2work team, where he works on building and improving the platform and helping turn ideas into simple, reliable, and user-friendly experiences. He enjoys solving problems, collaborating with the team, and contributing to the continuous growth of go2work. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, staying active, exploring new experiences, and continuously learning and growing.
QualityAkshay Pardeshi
Full-Stack QA Automation Engineer
Akshay is a full-stack QA automation engineer specializing in web, API, and mobile application testing. He builds scalable automation frameworks and owns API automation, functional testing, and end-to-end quality validation. He works with Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, Java, C#, Appium, REST APIs, and CI/CD tooling, and has worked across HR tech, e-commerce, KYC and compliance, and professional networking platforms. He is driven by automation and continuous improvement: building reliable, maintainable test suites, widening coverage, surfacing quality risks early, and helping the team ship stable software.
