About This Role

Responsibilities - Identify partnership opportunities through recruiting and industry needs specific to how companies find and hires skilled workers for the construction industry. - Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand. - Maintain existing business. - Think critically when planning to assure project success. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. - Focused and goal-oriented. - Sales experience - Recruiting experience - Compensation Placement Commissions: Sales Representatives will receive a commission equivalent to 50% of the placement fees for any job placements they successfully make. Referral Commissions for Scheduled Meetings: For every referral that leads to a meeting with our partnered companies, Sales Representatives will be awarded a commission payout. Commission for Signing Up New Companies: Sales Representatives will receive commissions for successfully signing up construction or skilled trades companies that become paying customers on our website. Residual. (Per customer Per month) KPI Bonus: Monthly bonuses for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
