Manufacturing plumbing

Hours: 40+ hours per week

JOB SUMMARY

• we are looking for a reliable and hardworking plumber to join our team. the plumber will perform plumbing work in a fast paced manufacturing environment under the direction of an area supervisor or lead.

Responsibilities

• install and assemble water supply lines and DWV lines

• connect sinks, toilets, and other common plumbing fixtures.

• inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.

• perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications & skills

• basic knowledge of plumbing

• ability to read and understand English.

• Bilingual preferred Spanish speakers are ok.

• ability to follow simple and complex written and verbal instructions.

• basic math skills

• ability to use hand tools such as drills, grinders, miter saws, and rivet guns.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT.

• work is primarily performed indoors in a manufacturing/shop environment.

• position requires standing approximately 100% of the workday.

• must frequently bend, squat, lift, push, and pull materials.
